Cinnamon Butter Cookies

Ingredients

1. 1C butter, softened
2. 1/3 C powdered sugar
3. 1/3 C corn starch
4. 1 1/4 C flour

Frosting

1. 1/3 C butter
2. 2 Tbsp milk
3. 3 1/2 C powdered sugar
4. 1/2 tsp cinnamon

Instructions

Cookies
1. In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix together.
2. Place dough on parchment paper. Cover with another piece of parchment paper and roll dough out to 1/4 inch thick.
3. Cut with a cookie cutter.
4. Bake at 375 for 8-10 minutes or until edges are slightly golden brown.
5. Transfer cookies to cooling rack and frost while slightly warm.

Frosting
6. In a bowl combine all ingredients and mix until smooth.
7. Icing should be soft and slightly runny but not too runny!
8. Makes approx 21/2 dozen (depending on size of cookie cutter)
