The "Best" Chocolate Chip Cookies

Ingredients

1. 2 1/4 Cup flour
2. 1/2 Tsp Baking soda
3. 1 C Butter or Margarine (Room temperature)
4. 1 C Brown sugar, pucked
5. 1 Tsp Salt
6. 2 Tsp Vanilla (optional)
7. 2 Large eggs
8. 2 cups Semi sweet chocolate chips

Directions

1. Preheat Oven to 350°C.
2. In small bowl whisk together flour, baking soda and set aside.
3. In a large bowl heat butter and whisk sugar on medium speed until light and fluffy. Reduce speed to low and add salt, vanilla and eggs.Beat for one minute.Now add flour to the mixture and beat until just combined.
4. Stir in chocolate chips.
5. Drop heaping spoonfuls onto cookie sheet about two inches apart.
6. Bake 10-12 minutes and let cook on baking sheet about two minutes before removing.

Makes 3-4 dozens.
